Calling all hikers, bikers, and nature lovers alike! Check out this cozy, rustic escape conveniently situated just outside of the Kettle Moraine Southern trail system. Located above local favorite Avant Cafe's new *seasonal* location in La Grange, you can start the day with a latte or light breakfast before taking off on the trail to take in one of SE Wisconsin's most popular hiking destinations. Enjoy a semi-remote location with the convenience of heading to Lake Geneva for your fill of small-town charm. Just a hop, skip and a jump from pristine Lauderdale Lake- a fully recreational lake that offers boat rentals and a public launch. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (no living room) and can accommodate four people. It retains many of the historical queues of the building, while being clean, well maintained, and fully equipped. Guests are also free to utilize the exterior deck space for the coffee shop below!

*Cafe/bike shop is open Memorial Day-Labor Day, 9-5, Saturday and Sunday only.
