Blue Water Estate is extremely kid-friendly with spacious accommodations and hardwood floors throughout. There is a state of the art kitchen and a built-in bar which makes entertaining easy. Private chef services and housekeeping options are also available for your stay.

Summer-friendly features include a lower level utility room outfitted with shower facilities for sandy feet and wet-swimsuits, a private beach, pier, and boat-lift (available upon request). Enjoy the cinema room and upper level bonus room. Cribs are available for babies in tow.


**Pool is available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests will be required to sign a separate addendum to our guest rental agreement pertaining to pool/hot tub usage if using these amenities.*

*Pool temp will be set at 75, please inquire 48 hours before arrival if you would like it raised for additional charge.
