Featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and an extra sleeping spot in the living area, this ground level apartment accommodates 4 guests. BONUS: shared (with upper unit) backyard for yard games and grilling. The uniqueness and convenience of this fun spot will have you coming back year after year!
*On-site parking available for a maximum of two vehicles. If more spots are needed, please inquire. Note the parking is tight so larger vehicles please inquire.
*Wifi-enabled smart TV (no cable).
*This unit features a kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker (no stove)
*Please note this building is downtown and is located behind a restaurant. Some noise is possible.
*There is a unit directly above, some noise also possible. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and keep late night noise at a reasonable level.
*Please note there is a ring doorbell for guest's safety
