*Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost.
*The Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the rental unit. This condo rental will include amenity passes for 6 guests.
*Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to operate.
*On-site unit parking available for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
